These slow cooker 4-ingredient BBQ ranch pork chops are the kind of easy comfort-food dinner that saves busy weeknights and still feels special enough to share at a potluck. The slow cooker does all the heavy lifting, turning simple pantry staples into tender, saucy pork chops with a creamy, tangy barbecue flavor that coats every bite. It is the sort of family-style recipe that wins over picky eaters and keeps cleanup nice and simple too.

Serve these pork chops over mashed potatoes, buttered egg noodles, or fluffy white rice to catch every bit of the sauce. For a full plate, add green beans, roasted carrots, corn, or a crisp side salad. If you are bringing this to a gathering, a pan of cheesy potatoes and some soft dinner rolls make it especially comforting and crowd-friendly.

Ingredients

6 bone-in pork chops, about 3/4 to 1 inch thick

1 bottle (18 ounces) barbecue sauce
1 packet (1 ounce) ranch seasoning mix
1 can (10.5 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup

Directions

1. Lightly coat the inside of your slow cooker with nonstick spray if desired, then arrange the pork chops inside in an even layer, overlapping slightly if needed.

2. In a medium bowl, stir together the barbecue sauce, ranch seasoning mix, and condensed cream of chicken soup until smooth and well combined.

3. Pour the sauce over the pork chops, making sure each chop is well coated. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours, until the pork is very tender.

4. Once cooked, spoon some of the sauce over the top and serve the pork chops hot with your favorite sides.

Variations & Tips

For boneless pork chops: Boneless chops work too, but they can cook a little faster and may not stay quite as juicy as bone-in. Start checking for tenderness a bit earlier so they do not overcook.

For a sweeter sauce: If your family likes a sweeter barbecue flavor, use a honey barbecue sauce or stir in a spoonful of brown sugar before pouring the sauce over the pork chops.

For extra tang: A little splash of apple cider vinegar can brighten the sauce and balance the richness nicely, especially if you are serving this over potatoes or noodles.

To make it kid-friendly: Choose a mild barbecue sauce and serve the pork chopped up or shredded with plenty of extra sauce over rice or mashed potatoes for an easy, no-fuss dinner plate.

For easy cleanup: Slow cooker liners can be a big help on busy days or when you are making this for a gathering. They make washing up much easier after the meal is done.
