Ingredients
2 pounds russet or Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
1 pound sliced deli ham, torn or cut into bite-size pieces
1 packet dry ranch seasoning mix (1 ounce)
2 cans condensed cream of potato soup (10.5 ounces each)
Directions
1. Lightly coat the inside of your slow cooker with cooking spray or a little butter if you like easier cleanup. Layer half of the sliced potatoes in the bottom, then add half of the deli ham over the top.
2. Spread half of the cream of potato soup over the ham and potatoes, then sprinkle on half of the dry ranch seasoning. Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, ham, soup, and ranch seasoning.
3. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours, until the potatoes are fully tender and the mixture is hot and bubbling around the edges.
