Ingredients
3 to 4 pound beef rump roast
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 packet au jus gravy mix
6 to 8 pepperoncini peppers
Directions
1. Place the beef rump roast in the bottom of a black slow cooker insert.
2. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix and au jus gravy mix evenly over the top of the roast.
3. Scatter the pepperoncini peppers around and on top of the roast. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours, until the meat is very tender and easily pulls apart with a fork.
