4 salmon fillets
1 cup heavy cream

Directions
1. Place a large skillet over medium heat and add the salmon fillets. Cook until the fish is seared on the outside and releases easily from the pan, then turn and cook the second side until nearly done through. Transfer the salmon to a plate for a moment.
2. Lower the heat and pour the heavy cream into the same skillet. Stir in the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and let the sauce warm gently for a minute or two.
